We are looking for a highly analytical User Experience Researcher who can uncover meaningful user insights, evaluate product usability, identify behavioral patterns, and translate research findings into actionable recommendations that improve product design and business outcomes.

About the Role

The User Experience Researcher will plan, conduct, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research across Internset's ecosystem of AI-powered workforce products.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to better understand user needs, motivations,



pain points, workflows, and decision-making processes.

Your research will directly influence the design of products supporting virtual internships, training programs, career accelerators, employability, workforce intelligence, digital credentials, AI-powered assessments, verification systems, and enterprise workforce solutions.
