Job Summary

Futurex is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in the exhibition and trade fair industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving exhibitor sales, sponsorship revenue, strategic partnerships and overall business growth for domestic and international exhibitions. The role requires strong industry connections, leadership skills and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.





Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for exhibitions, trade fairs and conferences.
- Generate revenue through exhibitor participation, sponsorships, branding opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and approach manufacturers, suppliers, associations, government bodies and corporate organisations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential exhibitors, sponsors and business partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, follow-ups and closures.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and event-specific revenue targets.
- Lead and guide the business development and telecalling teams.
- Allocate leads, monitor team performance and support team members in closing business.
