Qualification: Essential - B.Tech./ BE in Engineering Background from reputed institute.

Desired: MBA /Diploma Mgt/PGDM in General Management will be an added advantage.

Experience: 12 or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.

Job Profile:
- Attend meetings with Manging Director and prepare concise summary of the discussions held, ensuring all key points and action items are captured accurately.
- Comprehensive briefing to Managing Director prior to commencement of meetings; handle follow-up tasks independently.
- This role demands a high level of responsibility, and it offers significant learning opportunities regarding the operations of a large-scale organization
- Should possess strong grasp of technical matters to effectively communicate them to Manging Director
- The ideal candidate should be passionate, diligent,



and keen to advance their career trajectory through professional development
- Tech savvy familiar with recent-age technologies

Core Competencies:
- Strong time management skills and ability to coordinate and prioritize projects and assignments with little supervision.
- Must be self-directed and detail oriented in completing assigned projects and tasks.
- Able to maintain absolute confidentiality in all business matters required.
- Should be comfortable travelling to Plants and other locations as advised
- Discipline in Time

- Age - 30 -45 Years
- CTC Approx. 25- 35 LPA Approx. CTC not a constraint for suitable Candidate
- Candidate should not be a frequent Changer
