Key Responsibilities
Investment Operations
- Assist with the onboarding of recent investments, debt/financing facilities and intercompany financing instruments, ensuring all are accurately set up in systems from day one
- Review and extract key operational terms from loan and credit agreements, asset-specific documentation and transaction closing materials, ensuring relevant data is accurately captured in systems
- Process and support the operational aspects of investment tran
