Hiring for a long-term institutional real-assets investment platform.We are seeking a senior leader to help shape and scale this platform, driving capital relationships and contributing to a disciplined expansion across land development, distressed and brownfield opportunities, and industrial asset transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising for Category II AIFs focused on real estate, private credit, and structured investments.
- Develop and execute capital raising strategies to achieve fund mobilization targets.
- Build and manage relationships with
Family Offices, UHNIs, HNIs, Institutional Investors, Wealth Management firms, Banks, and Distribution Partners
.
- Source commitments from domestic and international investors for successive fund raises.
- Work closely with investment and leadership teams to articulate the fund's investment strategy and value proposition.




- Lead investor presentations, due diligence discussions, roadshows, and fundraising events.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing investors and drive repeat commitments across fund vintages.

Candidate Profile
- 18- 22 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or capital raising within
Real Estate AIFs, Private Equity, Private Credit, or Alternative Investments
.
- Demonstrated experience raising capital from
Family Offices, UHNIs, HNIs, and Institutional Investors
.
- Robust network across private banks, wealth management firms, MFDs, RIAs, and family offices.
- Proven track record of successfully raising capital for multiple investment funds.
