Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Data Entry Executive to manage and maintain
our financial records within our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for accurately
entering daily accounting transactions, verifying vendor invoices against purchase orders and
gate receipts, and maintaining digital and physical files to support financial reporting and tax
compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable Data Entry:
Punch vendor bills and invoices into the accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime,
SAP, or ERP).




Match Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and vendor
invoices (3-Way Matching) before processing.
Accounts Receivable & Sales Entry:
Enter daily sales invoices, dispatch receipts, and customer payments into the
system.
Verify tax details (GST / HSN codes) on outward invoices against actual
dispatches.
Bank & Cash Log Maintenance:
Record daily petty cash expenses and bank receipts/payments.
Assist in updating bank statements and basic monthly bank reconciliations.
Inventory & Store Documentation:
