Designation- Project Lead - Architect

Job Description:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture.
- 10-12 years of experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks etc.)
- Setting up of project during both stages viz., tender /proposal and execution stage.



This shall include interaction with clients /client representative and other stakeholders (external and internal) to ascertain their needs and develop design-based reports, concepts, and specifications for assigned projects.
- Setting up of project shall also include time-lines with respect drawing delivery schedule and its concurrence by all stake holders external and internal. Preparation & approval of method & design QA statements, acceptable and signed off by all stakeholders.
- Review all designs with the team and partners and get necessary support and coordination from other functions including MEP, structure and technology, construction functions.
- Study/evaluate/propose the Architectural concept design schemes, specifications, and Design Based Report.
- Propose/ Monitor cost reduction initiatives from a design perspective at all stages of design.
