What youll do in the role:

- Create company profiles, comparable and precedent transaction analyses, financial benchmarking, company and industry analysis reports, newsletters, earning summaries and providing research support
- Company Analysis – Analyzing specific company business operations, financial operations and operational KPIs
- Industry Analysis – Researching on industry and market overview
- Preparing newsletters on specific companies / industries
- Possess a thorough understanding of advanced modeling principles and construct or maintain financial models
- Conduct systematic data analysis and translate complex information into clear, accessible formats to facilitate informed decision-making
- Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and automation in business research and analytics to optimize research and analytics products
- Provide training to junior analysts, review work for accuracy, and collaborate with the team to oversee deliverables
- Translate and interpret Japanese language financial content (e.g., earnings releases, regulatory filings, and investor presentations) into English with high quality standard
