We are looking for an experienced AI Copilot Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in chatbot development, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), API integrations, and workflow orchestration. Experience with Microsoft Foundry, Databricks, Azure AI Services, and Microsoft 365 Copilot is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise chatbot and AI Copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build conversational AI applications with strong prompt engineering practices.
- Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Implement API integrations and workflow orchestration for AI applications.
- Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance of AI solutions.
- Develop scalable AI applications using Microsoft Foundry and/or Databricks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable AI solutions.
- Follow Responsible AI, security,
and governance best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AI development standards and reusable components.
Mandatory Skills
- Experience in Conversational AI or Generative AI development.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar chatbot development platforms.
- Solid understanding of Prompt Engineering and Conversational AI design principles.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Expertise in API Integration and Workflow Orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Foundry and/or Databricks.
- Experience with testing frameworks and quality assurance practices.
