Job Description
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing for Indian entities.




- Solid understanding of Indian taxation and compliance, including GST, TDS, HSN/SAC codes, and statutory invoice requirements.
- Experience in end-to-end invoice processing, including invoice validation, coding, matching, posting, and exception handling.
- Knowledge of PO and Non-PO invoice processing, with the ability to identify and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Ability to review invoices for compliance with company policies and Indian regulatory requirements before processing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal business teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP, Coupa, or similar) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage high volumes while maintaining accuracy and meeting SLAs.
