HR Recruiter

Company: TravelPaa Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for the travel industry.
- Hire candidates for Sales and other operational profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate the complete interview process.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in hiring for the travel industry will be preferred.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and LinkedIn.

Required Skills
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
