About the Opportunity

We are a Canada-based Chartered Skilled Accounting and Advisory firm with a growing international footprint. We serve clients across Canada and the United States, offering accounting, taxation, assurance, and advisory services. We are seeking Staff Accountants in India to join our in-person team and support cross-border client needs.

This opportunity offers exposure to both Canadian and US regulatory environments, allowing you to gain diverse experience in international accounting, tax, and audit practices.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting Services
- Prepare financial statement packages including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statements, Budgets, and supporting schedules.
- Research and resolve accounting issues, ensuring compliance with Canadian GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP.




- Develop and update accounting policies, procedures, and documentation of the financial reporting process.
- Prepare financial statement notes and disclosures in compliance with Canadian and US reporting requirements.
- Conduct financial analysis to provide management and clients with actionable insights.
- Support special projects including reconciliations, consolidations, and process improvements.

Taxation
- Prepare and file Canadian and US corporate, personal, and trust tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
- Support tax provision calculations and compliance processes across jurisdictions.
- Conduct Canadian and US tax research; prepare technical memoranda outlining findings and recommendations.
- Provide tax planning solutions for individuals and corporations with cross-border exposure.
