Position Description: As an Assistant Manager - Data Operations, you will be responsible for managing publisher partnerships and driving the successful execution of mobile performance campaigns. The role involves identifying and onboarding new publishers, optimizing campaign performance, ensuring traffic quality, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strong business outcomes for our clients.

What You'll Do

Publisher Development Partnerships
- Identify, engage, negotiate, and onboard premium publishers, app developers, and direct media partners across India to support high-volume CPI and CPA campaigns.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with publisher partners to drive consistent scale and performance.

Campaign Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of Mobile User Acquisition campaigns across multiple pricing models, including CPI, CPT, CPFT, and CPR.
- Ensure seamless campaign execution by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.





Campaign Performance Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance against client KPIs and optimize traffic quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign data, manage budgets and PL, and provide regular performance insights to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Publisher Management Quality Control
- Act as the primary point of contact for publisher partners, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and regular business reviews.
- Monitor traffic quality, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve campaign outcomes.

Compliance Market Intelligence
- Ensure traffic quality by adhering to fraud prevention and compliance standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, attribution platforms, privacy regulations, and the evolving mobile advertising ecosystem to identify recent growth opportunities.
