POSITION PURPOSE
- We are looking to hire a skilled ServiceNow architect. The candidate should have a minimum of 8+ Yrs. of experience in ServiceNow implementation and 8+ Yrs. of experience in architecting solutions in ServiceNow.
- The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for the overall design, mapping of client business requirements, and ensuring smooth project delivery. The role is required to work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
- 7+ years of experience in ITSM/CSM/ITOM/ITAM/GRC/HRSD.
- Leads a team of 3-5 company resources in the area of expertise, to the conclusion of a project phase, including mentoring junior team members in various technologies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills




- Extensive and excellent hands-on experience in distinctive skill sets like ServiceNow Product Development, ServiceNow Consulting, Business Advisory, Solution Design, Development, and Implementation of IT Processes and Enterprise Service Management, Participation in RFP, and Continuous Service Improvement
- Energetic and self-motivated team player/builder with solid Analytical, Interpersonal, and Customer Management skills.
- Experience in designing, reviewing, and implementing ServiceNow Projects in ITSM, HRSD, GRC, and CSM is an added advantage.
- Must have implemented more than 20+ Service Portals, including complex widgets, features, and advanced responsive layouts.
- Solution Architecture and Implementation of at least 3+ ServiceNow Store applications.
- Implementation of Legal Service Delivery, Legal Simple Contracts applications, and projects.
