Your role

As an Engineering Consultant, you play a key role in bridging technology and customer needs:
- You analyze customer challenges and translate them into
practical, high-impact solutions
- You work on
production surveillance and optimization projects in upstream oil and gas
, as well as
system integration
and
solution optimization
- You leverage
data and analytics tools
(e.g. Power BI, Spotfire or similar) to support insights and decision-making
- You act as a
trusted advisor
, building strong relationships with customers and guiding them in improving their operations
- You contribute hands-on to project delivery in an
international and customer-facing workplace
- You are open to




travel
and enjoy working closely with clients on-site when needed

Your profile
- You have a
production engineering degree
and
5+ years of relevant experience
in upstream oil & gas
- You bring solid experience in
production surveillance and optimization
, as well as system integration in complex technical environments
- You have a strong understanding of
well and network modelling
, as well as experience with relevant industry standard tools
- You are familiar with
data visualization and analytics tools
(e.g. Power BI, Spotfire, or similar)
- You have a proven track record in a
customer-facing role
and know how to build trust with stakeholders
- You are a strong communicator with a
hands-on, proactive mindset
- You are
willing to travel
and enjoy working in an international context
