About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns, particularly within the NGO, charitable, or crowdfunding sectors. This role involves developing and executing strategic advertising plans to maximize donations and campaign reach.



The Senior Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for leading large-scale campaigns across various Google advertising platforms, optimizing performance to achieve maximum return on ad spend (ROAS), and mentoring junior team members. You will collaborate closely with creative, content, video, and web development teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with organizational goals and compliant with advertising policies. Qualifications
