Role: Business Development Executive

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support Hydron 's B2B
growth across corporate, pharma, manufacturing, wellness, and institutional segments.
The ideal candidate should have experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and corporate sales,
along with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, field visits, and
market mapping
Build relationships with corporate clients, institutions, manufacturing companies, wellness centers,
and hospitals
Schedule and conduct client meetings and product presentations
Support the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Maintain and update sales pipeline and CRM trackers
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer experience
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis




Support leadership with business expansion initiatives

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from the below industries will be preferred:
Pharmaceutical
Manufacturing
FMCG/FMCD
Healthcare / Wellness
Corporate/Institutional Sales

Preferred Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
Experience in corporate/institutional sales preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with field sales and client-facing roles
Self-driven, target-oriented, and execution-focused
Ability to thrive in a startup environment
Existing client relationships/network will be an added advantage
