About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Retail Executive to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail operations, customer service, sales, and inventory management, with the ability to maintain high store standards and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash management accurately.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in retail sales or store operations.




- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales and upselling abilities.
- Experience with POS systems and billing software.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in retail brands such as Decathlon, Reliance Retail, Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, Croma, Puma, Adidas, Nike, Westside, Pantaloons, Zudio, or similar retail organizations will be preferred.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work weekends and rotational shifts, if required.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
