About the Role

Ddesignery is looking for an experienced Modular Furniture Designer & Production Coordinator who can convert approved designs into accurate production-ready drawings and coordinate the complete execution process from design finalization to manufacturing and installation.

This is a technical execution role focused on production drawings, BOQs, factory coordination, and project execution rather than purely 3D design.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D production/shop drawings for modular kitchens, wardrobes, office furniture, and custom furniture.

• Prepare accurate BOQs, material specifications, hardware schedules, and production details.

• Convert approved architectural and interior designs into factory-executable production drawings.





• Conduct site measurements and ensure all drawings accurately match site conditions.

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and clients to finalize dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, and construction details.

• Release approved drawings for production while maintaining proper drawing revision control.

• Coordinate closely with the factory production team to ensure smooth manufacturing.

• Work with procurement teams regarding materials, hardware, and production requirements.

• Coordinate with CNC, cutting, edge banding, assembly, and manufacturing teams for accurate execution.

• Support installation teams by resolving technical and execution-related issues during site installation.

• Monitor project timelines and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Minimize production errors, material wastage, and rework through accurate technical documentation.
