Job Title: RPA Managed Services Lead - UiPath

About the Role

We are seeking a RPA Managed Services Lead (UiPath) to oversee and lead automation support operations. This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing deployed bots, while ensuring proactive and efficient client support with excellent turnaround times (TATs).

The ideal candidate will have strong UiPath expertise and operational excellence, ensuring automations perform smoothly, incidents are resolved quickly, and bot performance is continuously improved. The role also includes client engagement, process understanding, and maximizing ROI on deployed automations.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations & Monitoring: Track bot runs, monitor queues and statuses, and ensure automations run seamlessly.
- Incident & Ticket Management: Handle client support tickets proactively with sharp TATs and high satisfaction.
- Process Understanding & Client Liaison: Understand client business processes and coordinate between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Bot Optimization:



Improve bot performance, license usage, and overall resource utilization.
- Infrastructure Awareness: Understand UiPath architecture, orchestrator management, VMs, and license governance.
- Support Leadership: Lead the support team, ensuring high responsiveness, quality, and service excellence.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver regular reports on bot performance, utilization, and improvement opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues, suggest enhancements, and work with solution teams to improve stability and scalability.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of RPA experience with 3+ years in UiPath-focused support/managed services roles.
- Robust experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing bots.
