Has overall sales responsibility for customer relationships and

performance of a small customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customers, ensuring strong customer relationships and achievement of business objectives.
- Understand customer requirements, identify opportunities, and recommend appropriate solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Own end-to-end customer interactions while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Execute high-volume transactional activities with accuracy, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and business deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with customers through email and chat , providing timely, qualified, and solution-oriented responses.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM tools and systems in a timely manner.
- Build a strong understanding of customer accounts, business priorities, and commercial requirements.
- Keep customers informed of relevant business updates, policies, pricing, and rate changes where applicable.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability by identifying process improvement opportunities and driving operational excellence.
- Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Leverage MS Excel to manage data, generate reports, track performance, and support business decision-making.

Candidate Profile
- Willingness to work night shifts (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) .
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales processes.
- Prior experience in transaction-based operations , handling high-volume work with strict turnaround times and deadlines.
- Minimum 2-year experience in email or chat support processes , with the ability to draft clear, professional, and customer-focused written communication.
