Job Summary
Dynolt Technologies Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong electrical/electronics background, be customer-focused, and be willing to travel extensively for field assignments.
Eligibility
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical or Electronics
- 1–2 years of relevant field service experience
- Candidates with a positive attitude, technical aptitude, and willingness to learn are preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and service EV charging stations at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic faults.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of EV chargers.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during field operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical or Electronics.
- 1–2 years of field service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field service assignments.
- Ready to work in a field-based role.
