Flo Mattress is a leading D2C sleep solutions brand looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to manage vendor payments, reconciliations, financial controls, and process automation in a quick-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
- Perform vendor ledger reconciliations and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
- Reconcile Shopify, payment gateways, Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace settlements.
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance related to AP.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Finance teams for PO, GRN, and invoice matching.
- Drive AP process automation using Advanced Excel, Power BI, or ERP tools.
- Prepare MIS reports, payment dashboards, ageing reports, and cash flow reports.
- Support month-end closing and audit activities.




- Ensure timely payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred).
- 6–8 years of Accounts Payable experience in D2C or Manufacturing.
- Strong experience in vendor reconciliation and payment gateway reconciliation.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query).
- Experience with ERP systems .
- Knowledge of Power BI or finance automation tools is preferred.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and financial controls.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
