Role Overview

We are looking for a people-focused, business-aligned, and growth-oriented HR Lead.

The HR Lead will work closely with business leaders, department heads, managers, and employees to strengthen recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and overall HR practices.

This role requires a hands-on HR professional who can manage daily HR operations while acting as a trusted business partner. The ideal candidate should be able to build strong relationships,



handle employee matters professionally, and support a positive, accountable, and high-performance workplace.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned departments, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and define job roles and candidate requirements.
- Prepare practical hiring plans based on business requirements.
- Improve the overall candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruitment turnaround time, quality of hire, and offer-to-joining conversion.
- Maintain visibility and accurate updates on open positions and candidate interview stages.

Performance Management
- Coordinate employee goal-setting and performance review cycles.
- Manage probation reviews and confirmation processes.
