- The Engineer/Senior Engineer Industrial Engineering is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing electronic assembly lines to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective manufacturing of automotive filters and sensors. The role focuses on process development, production line setup, equipment selection, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electronic assembly line layouts, ensuring optimal workflow and material flow.
- Establish manufacturing processes for PCBA integration, soldering, testing, and final assembly.
- Select, validate, and commission production equipment, tools, and automation systems.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Charts.
- Conduct line balancing, capacity planning, and OEE analysis to meet production targets.
- Support installation,



commissioning, and ramp-up of current production lines while ensuring process stability.
- Utilize AutoCAD for layout planning and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ESH standards, ESD controls, IPC standards, and quality management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and resolve manufacturing challenges.

Preferred candidate profile
- B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 38 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or process engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electronic assembly line design.
