Position Overview

We are seeking an aggressive and strategic
Business Development Manager
with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT, cybersecurity, or enterprise solutions sales across the Delhi/NCR region.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with channel partners, OEMs, and enterprise clients to position GWC Networks’ advanced technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales & Revenue:
Identify, pursue,



and close new business opportunities within the Delhi/NCR market to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Partner Ecosystem Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, system integrators, and key OEMs.
- Strategic Positioning:
Effectively pitch GWC Networks' solutions—specializing in cybersecurity, network observability, and IT integration—to C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management:
Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting, initial discovery, and technical scoping to final contract negotiation.
- Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on regional technology trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging market opportunities in North India.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience:
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, partner management, or business development within the IT, networking, or cybersecurity sectors in Delhi/NCR.
