Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ecommerce strategies for beauty/skin care products, focusing on online sales growth and profitability.
- Manage P&L; performance across multiple platforms, identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital branding initiatives, including online marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Oversee ecommerce development projects from concept to launch, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-12 years of experience in ecommerce marketing or a related field within the beauty/skin care industry.
- MBA/PGDM degree in Marketing or a related field; relevant certifications an asset.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective ecommerce strategies that drive revenue growth.
