Human Resource Manager - Job Description

Experience: Minimum 4 years as an HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager with a solid background in bulk hiring and multilingual recruitment. The ideal candidate should have successfully managed large-scale hiring drives across multiple regions and possess expertise in recruiting candidates proficient in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. The candidate must be able to communicate fluently in either Malayalam or Kannada.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard multilingual candidates.
- Execute hiring strategies and meet recruitment targets.
- Build talent pipelines through portals, referrals, and consultancies.




- Coordinate with hiring managers and manage recruitment MIS.
- Conduct walk-ins and hiring drives.
- Ensure compliance and candidate experience.

Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years' experience as an HR Manager.
- Hands-on experience in bulk hiring.
- Experience hiring Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi-speaking candidates.
- Must be able to speak either Malayalam or Kannada.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and Excel skills.

Preferred Qualification

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. Experience in BFSI/BPO/Contact Centre preferred.
