Pratham is one of India's largest education NGOs, with 30 years of work spanning early childhood education, elementary learning, girls and women's education, and youth skilling. It reaches over 6 million children and youth each year across 25 states and union territories, working directly in communities and alongside state and district governments. This role sits within the Pratham-Shah PraDigi Innovation Centre, which was set up in 2020 to build open learning opportunities for school, life, and work, developing and scaling technology enabled learning models across Pratham and beyond.

Role

A coordination role supporting the implementation of the English Project under PraDigi, working closely with field teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution across the assigned area.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate project and pilot program implementation, ensuring activities are completed on time




- Guide field teams and conduct orientations and training sessions
- Mentor team members and support their learning and skill development
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor implementation and help resolve challenges
- Compile and analyze project data to support planning and decisions
- Maintain project records and prepare reports and presentations for internal review
- Support project related financial processes and documentation
- Coordinate with government departments, partner organizations, and other stakeholders
- Support recruitment activities, including interviews and onboarding
- Maintain records of project devices and equipment

Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline, preference for Education, Social Work, Development Studies, or Management
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, program implementation, education, or the development sector
