Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst and Scrum Master who excels in guiding Agile teams in the Microsoft 365 environment and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects. This role is critical to steering digital transformation initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency, collaboration, and automation fidelity. You will enable the delivery of cutting-edge solutions by facilitating Agile ceremonies, resolving blockers, and fostering seamless communication among cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to capture detailed business requirements, functional needs, and user stories that accurately reflect business goals and technical feasibility.
- Lead and facilitate Agile meetings including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives with a focus on maximizing team productivity and engagement.
- Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure solutions align with overall business strategies.




- Analyze and map existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation using Microsoft Power Platform and RPA tools to drive efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs and ensure continuous delivery of project milestones in line with priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Support quality assurance activities by designing test scenarios, monitoring User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinating defect management and resolution.
- Track key Agile performance metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint completion rates to provide insightful status reports for project governance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile framework by harvesting feedback from retrospectives and implementing actionable enhancements.
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile best practices, Microsoft 365 tools, Power Platform components, and RPA
