We are looking for a skilled and experienced Continental & Chinese All-Rounder Chef to join our café located near the DumDum Airport.

You will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring that every dish served meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all kitchen operations.
- Plan, prepare, and oversee Continental and Chinese cuisine.
- Inspect all dishes before they are served to ensure quality and consistency.
- Manage food preparation processes and maintain kitchen hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory and order kitchen equipment and raw materials as required.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:




- 10–15 years of proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef.
- Expertise in both Continental and Chinese cuisine.
- Expertise in Indian and Tandoor is a Plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Salary: ₹16,500 – ₹17,000 per month
