SAP License Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, managing, and closing SAP software license opportunities across enterprise customers. The individual will engage with prospective clients to understand their business and technology objectives, position SAP solutions effectively, and drive revenue growth through SAP license sales, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

The role requires close collaboration with SAP stakeholders, delivery teams, solution architects, and leadership to develop client-specific value propositions and execute go-to-market strategies. The candidate should possess strong consultative selling skills and the ability to engage executives, business stakeholders, and IT leadership.

Responsibilities
- Understand the values and vision of the organization and align all activities accordingly.
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures while protecting intellectual property.
- Drive SAP software license sales across existing and current accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and progress opportunities through the complete sales lifecycle.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, procurement teams, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business challenges and transformation requirements.
- Position SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Analytics, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, SAP Datasphere, SAP AI solutions, and other SAP offerings.
- Create account plans and execute territory growth strategies.
- Collaborate with solution consultants and delivery teams to develop winning proposals and presentations.
- Manage commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.
- Partner closely with SAP sales teams to execute joint sales strategies and pipeline initiatives.
