What youll be called: Assistant Manager - E-commerce

Where You’ll work: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities
- Track business KPIs including revenue, profitability, conversion rate, traffic, Buy Box, and customer metrics through campaign optimization.
- Build monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans.
- Analyze category performance and customer behavior. Manage Amazon Seller Central operations, including inventory management, order processing, returns and day-to-day ecommerce operations.
- Ensure product listings are accurate and up-to-date with descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure inventory availability for Amazon, 3PL warehouses.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for smooth dispatch operations on a daily basis.




- Prepare weekly/monthly Excel reports for the brand in prescribed formats and provide analytical support as needed.
- Coordinate with the internal team for graphics requirements and with finance for clearing pending invoices.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness and knowledge of company products.
- Perform allied duties as assigned by the Ecommerce Manager.

What you Offer:
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, including proficiency in Vlook-Up and Pivot tables.
- Experience in SEO and other ecommerce marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with account reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to handle marketplace issues efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
