Job Description – Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software development projects from initiation to delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, internal technical teams, business teams, and stakeholders.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource planning.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings, daily standups, sprint planning, and review meetings.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Track project progress and prepare weekly/monthly status reports.
- Identify project risks and provide mitigation plans proactively.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams,
UI/UX designers, DevOps, and business analysts.
- Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and expectation management.
- Maintain project documentation, workflows, and delivery processes.
- Ensure team productivity and smooth execution across multiple projects.
- Support pre-sales activities, estimation, and proposal discussions when required.
Required Skills
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or project management tools
- Understanding of web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise application projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
- Risk management and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
