Manager - Finance Operations (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable) to lead large-scale AP & AR operations, manage client relationships, drive process improvements and automation initiatives, and lead high-performing finance teams in a global shared services environment.

Responsibilities -

1. Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations while managing multiple teams and ensuring seamless service delivery.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively manage escalations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Manage and mentor a team of 40+ professionals, driving performance, engagement, and capability development.
4.



Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
5. Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), operational KPIs, and quality standards across finance processes.
6. Monitor financial and operational performance, ensuring timely invoicing, effective process governance, and cost optimization.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for business transformation and continuous improvement.
8. Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to organizational capability building through coaching and training.

Requirements -

1. 12-16 years of experience in Finance & Accounting with solid expertise in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations.
2. Commerce Graduate or Postgraduate.
