Advantages Plan Design, Eligibility Profiles, Rates & Coverage, Life Event Processing, and Open Enrollment.
- Lead end-to-end activities including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, UAT, and production support.
- Strong knowledge of Benefits administration, HR processes, and compliance.
- Integration experience with Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor modules.
- Preferred:
Oracle HCM Benefits Certification.
