Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high hospitality standards and resolving guest concerns promptly.
- Supervise, train, and motivate hotel staff across all departments.
- Monitor room occupancy, reservations, housekeeping, and front office operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Manage hotel budgets, operational expenses, and cost-control measures.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure proper maintenance of hotel facilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze hotel performance metrics.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
