Role Summary

ConnectGen is expanding its partner-led sales and professional services opportunities across strategic accounts. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Account Executive to drive revenue growth, partner engagement, and skilled services sales from our Hyderabad Center of Excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of SaaS, solutions, or cloud-based sales experience, preferably with exposure to AWS, Microsoft, or equivalent hyperscale cloud ecosystems. This is a quota-carrying business development role with a strong focus on professional services and solution selling.

Key Responsibilities

Partner and Account Development
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with clients, partner accounts, other ecosystem partners.
- Identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities related to Amazon Connect, contact center modernization,



customer experience transformation, and managed/professional services.
- Represent ConnectGen as a trusted business development lead in partner and customer-facing discussions.

Sales Execution
- Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through qualification, proposal, negotiation, signature, billing, and handoff.
- Support quota growth expectations in Year 2 based on performance and business maturity.
- Build and maintain accurate pipeline reporting, opportunity forecasts, sales activity tracking, and account plans.
- Drive overachievement through disciplined pipeline management, structured qualification, and partner-led selling.
