About the Role

Cynet Systems is looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to own and grow one of our leading enterprise MSP client accounts. This role is ideal for professionals who have previously managed large MSP/VMS staffing accounts, understand enterprise hiring ecosystems, have established relationships with hiring managers, vendor partners, delivery leaders, or MSP stakeholders, and know how to convert business opportunities into successful placements.

What Will You Be Doing Day to Day?
- Own the overall growth strategy for a leading enterprise MSP/VMS account.




- Develop and execute account farming strategies to increase requisition flow, interviews, and successful placements.
- Leverage existing relationships with hiring managers, MSP stakeholders, vendor managers, and procurement teams to unlock new business opportunities.
- Partner closely with Delivery Managers and recruiting teams to prioritise high-value requirements.
- Identify hiring trends, workforce planning initiatives, business unit demands, and emerging skill requirements.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with client stakeholders to ensure long-term account growth.
- Improve fill ratios, submission quality, interview conversion, and placement metrics.
- Conduct regular business reviews with leadership and provide actionable market intelligence.
- Collaborate with recruiting, sales, and operations teams to eliminate delivery bottlenecks.

Your Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in US Staffing, Client Management, MSP/VMS Account Manage
