Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven International Sales Manager to manage and expand our business in the US market. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of international B2B sales, and the ability to work during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and convert recent business opportunities in the US market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and private label customers.
- Conduct outbound sales activities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, and other lead generation channels.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize commercial agreements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Production, Operations, Quality, Logistics, and Documentation for smooth order execution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer records in the CRM system.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related discipline.
- 48 years of experience in International Sales, Export Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
