Factory Manager - Plastics Manufacturing

Shift:
Thursday to Tuesday (Wednesday Holiday)

Job Location:
Padavala, Rajkot

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day factory operations to ensure smooth and effective production.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Manage production teams, machine utilization, and workforce productivity.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and prepare quality reports.




- Train factory staff on production efficiency and quality improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare production reports and coordinate with internal departments to meet business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics, Polymer, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing an Injection Molding factory.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, production planning, quality systems, and team management.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
