Job Specifications
- Graduate with 10-12 years of experience in Liaison & Approvals within the Real Estate industry; Architecture or B.E. Civil preferred.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SRA/redevelopment project approvals with solid knowledge of SRA rules, municipal regulations, and statutory compliances.
- Proven expertise in obtaining approvals such as Annexure II, LOI, IOD, NOCs, CFO, utility approvals, and other statutory permissions related to slum redevelopment projects.
- Strong experience in coordinating with SRA, MCGM, MMRDA, government/semi-government authorities, consultants, and project teams.
- Excellent coordination, documentation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to independently handle approval processes; Marathi language preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with Municipal Authorities, Ward Offices, SRA, Government and Semi-Government bodies for obtaining project-related approvals and compliances.




- Handle end-to-end approval processes for various Redevelopment and Real Estate projects across Mumbai and Thane region.
- Coordinate with external architects, liaison consultants and regulatory authorities for timely submission and approval of documents.
- Coordinate internally with Engineering, Projects, Legal, and Site teams to facilitate smooth execution of approval processes.
- Prepare approval-related budgets, estimates, compliance trackers, and documentation schedules.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of approval-related queries, observations, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor status of approvals and maintain proper records of submissions, approvals, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to SRA rules, municipal regulations, and statutory guidelines applicable to redevelopment projects.
