Job Summary

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and managing content across social media platforms. The role involves working closely with the editorial, graphics, and video production teams to ensure timely dissemination of news while maximizing audience engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute daily social media content plans aligned with editorial priorities.
- Publish breaking news, articles, videos, reels, shorts,



and live updates across all social media platforms.
- Manage the official social media accounts of V-News, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp Channels, and Telegram.
- Create engaging captions, headlines, hashtags, and post descriptions.
- Coordinate with Reporters, News Anchors, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors to publish high-quality content.
- Monitor social media trends, viral topics, and audience preferences to increase engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries in a timely and qualified manner.
- Track platform analytics and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Plan and execute campaigns to increase followers, subscribers, and overall audience reach.
- Ensure all content adheres to V-News editorial standards, branding guidelines, and platform policies.
