Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with inquiries related to admissions, courses, and the enrollment process.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing students.
- Follow up with leads and provide end-to-end support throughout the admission journey.
- Resolve student queries professionally via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency are an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates with 6 months–2 years of customer relationship/customer support experience are welcome.
