Ferguson is seeking a Full Stack Business Analyst to support the design, delivery, and optimization of integration and API-driven solutions across enterprise systems.



This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, effectively translated, and successfully implemented across backend integrations and frontend experiences.

You will participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), working closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, QA, and Architecture teams. The ideal candidate combines strong business systems analysis capabilities with a solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern application architectures to help drive Ferguson’s ongoing modernization efforts.

This role requires robust analytical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced enterprise environment while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
