- Manage the overall warehouse operations, including inward, storage, inventory control, and outward dispatch of materials.
- Ensure proper receipt, inspection, and documentation of all incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP/software and regular stock reconciliation.
- Plan and optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor material movement and ensure timely availability of materials for production and project requirements.
- Coordinate closely with the Purchase, Production, Quality, Sales, and Logistics teams.
