Job Title: Senior Azure & System Administrator

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Azure & System Administrator to oversee, optimize, and secure our hybrid cloud and on-premises IT infrastructure. With over 10+ years of professional IT experience, including a robust focus on Microsoft Azure ecosystems, you will play a pivotal role in driving cloud governance, automation, identity access control, and business continuity.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Azure IaaS/PaaS, automated patch management, network connectivity, and security compliance (SOC 1/SOC 2), alongside proven experience leading infrastructure initiatives and resolving complex technical bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure & PaaS Administration
- Manage end-to-end Azure core infrastructure, including advanced VM provisioning, scaling, disk management, and compute performance tuning.




- Administer Azure PaaS offerings such as App Services, Azure Functions, and Storage Accounts.
- Drive cloud spend optimization through resource governance strategies and Azure reservations.

Identity, Security & Compliance
- Design and enforce corporate security boundaries using Azure Entra ID, Azure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and application registrations.
- Implement secure storage access mechanisms utilizing Shared Access Signature (SAS) tokens.
- Lead infrastructure audit readiness and compliance workflows to support SOC 1 and SOC 2 certifications.

Networking & Connectivity
- Design, deploy, and maintain robust Virtual Networks (VNets), Network Security Groups (NSGs), Firewalls, and cross-region VNet peering.
- Configure and troubleshoot secure Site-to-Site (S2S) and Point-to-Site (P2S) VPNs.

Business Continuity & Automation
- Architect reliable backup and disaster recovery workflows usin
