Role & responsibilities
- Develop samples for Kurtis, Tops, and Kurta Sets based on designs, reference images, or specifications.
- Create production-ready samples with proper fitting, measurements, and finishing.
- Suggest improvements in garment construction and design for better fit and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams during sample development.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained in every sample.
- Modify and finalize samples based on feedback before bulk production.
- Maintain accuracy in stitching, cutting, and garment finishing.
- Meet sample development timelines and support smooth production planning.
Preferred candidate profile
- 25 years of experience as a Sampling Master/Boutique Master in the garment industry.
- Hands-on experience in women's ethnic wear, especially Kurtis, Tops, and Kurta Sets.
- Robust knowledge of garment construction, fitting, stitching, and finishing.
- Ability to develop samples from reference images, sketches, or design concepts.
- Good understanding of fabrics, measurements, and production processes.
- Attention to detail with a quality-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
