Role Description
The Quick Commerce Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving and managing fast-paced online order operations across quick commerce platforms. Daily tasks include monitoring real-time orders, ensuring timely dispatch, coordinating with warehouse and delivery partners, and maintaining accurate product listings and inventory levels. The role involves tracking performance metrics, resolving order-related issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.



The Quick Commerce Executive will also support promotional campaigns, optimize listings for better visibility, and provide regular reports on platform performance and sales trends.

Qualifications
- Experience working with e-commerce or quick commerce platforms, including order processing, catalog management, and inventory coordination.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track KPIs, interpret data, and suggest operational improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to coordinate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
- Comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets, and basic CRM or ERP systems; familiarity with FMCG or nutrition brands is a plus.
