Night Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST

Work from Office (MonFri), WFH on Saturday

Were building a modern, AI-first marketing agency that produces a high volume of social, ad, and content videos across multiple brands.

We are looking for young, fast, AI-native Video Editors who:

Think in Reels, Shorts, and Ads

Use AI tools daily to speed up editing

Understand hooks, pacing, and attention

Can edit fast without compromising clarity

This is not a long-film or cinematic editing role.

This is a high-impact, marketing-driven video role.

What You’ll Work On (Core Responsibilities)

1. Short-Form Video Editing (Primary Focus)

You will edit videos for:

Instagram Reels

YouTube Shorts

Ad creatives (Meta, Google, etc.)

Brand content snippets

Testimonials, promos, explainers

You’ll be expected to:

Cut videos tightly

Maintain fast pacing

Create scroll-stopping first 2–3 seconds





Deliver multiple variations quickly

2. AI-First Editing Workflow (Mandatory)

AI is a core part of this role, not an add-on.

You will use AI tools daily for:

Auto cutting and rough edits

Subtitle generation and styling

Background removal or replacement

Audio cleanup and enhancement

Upscaling and format conversion

Creating multiple versions faster

We expect you to use AI to move rapid, not to avoid thinking.

3. Editing With Marketing Sense

This is a marketing-driven editing role, not just technical editing.

You should understand:

Hooks and attention spans

Visual rhythm and pacing

When to cut, zoom, or pause

How subtitles affect retention

Why certain edits work for ads and social

You’ll work closely with:

AI Digital Marketing Manager (strategy & direction)

Graphic designers

Content and performance marketing teams

4. Subtitles, Effects & Formatting

Add clean, readable subtitles (not overdone)

Use effects
